Postage

All orders are dispatched on the next working day, but please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from when you place your order.

Shipping

Shipping costs are based on the size, weight and value of any order,

up to a maximum of £6.99.

Our orders are sent via Royal Mail using either Special Delivery or Tracked 24 / 48hr service, so you will need to be available to sign for your delivery at your chosen shipping address, or able to collect from your nearest Royal Mail depot.

The charge advertised is for delivery within the UK only.

For large items (over 3kg), or delivery outside the UK, please contact us for a quote.

Returns policy 

If you aren’t happy with your online purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund or replacement – please contact us before sending anything.

Returns must be sent back as new, in the same condition they were received, with original boxes, packaging, certificates and tags attached. Original postage costs will be deducted from the refund, unless it was sent in error or has arrived faulty.  It is recommended that recorded delivery is used in returning the item(s) to us. 

We reserve the right not to refund the full cost where items are returned damaged, missing or there is a loss in value as a result of handling by you.

(Please note, at the current time, we are unable to accept returns of unwanted goods purchased in store - No refunds or exchanges will be offered unless the items were sold unseen.)
