Hermann Teddy is the second oldest teddy bear manufacturer in Germany, well-known for quality and excellent workmanship. The family business was born in 1912 in Sonneberg, a small town at the border of the Thuringian Forest. Together with his three sons and some skilled workers, Bernhard Hermann manufactured teddy bears and plush toys of excellent quality.

Today, Bernhard’s granddaughters continue the family tradition of classic bear-making, and his motto to bring joy and happiness into a child's life is as vivid now as it has always been.
